"Mostly Harmless" AI is a nonhacked, noncheating
AI. However, it will use hacked units if you install them! It works
on all map types EXCEPT some maps that use special unique AI's.
NOW supports TAUIP v3.0 units on land maps.

Quite a good AI, but not as good as Quell. I ran
a test between the two AI's and Quell came out on top everytime. |

This is just for fun and relies on the player to obey the rules
set out in the readme, or you could just use it so as to have 9
